Purpose of the Role

A Cashier is a retail professional that scans items to ensure prices and quantities are correct, assists
those who need help or advice on products, and handles returns and exchanges when necessary.

Qualification;

. Having a good appearance
2. Good math skills
3. Speaking English
4. Strong communication, time management skills, Hardworking, Trustworthy and full
confidence
5. Basic PC knowledge

Experience

1. Experience on Sales and marketing activities.
2. Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales
4. Customer satisfaction-oriented

Main Accountability;

1. Manage transactions with customers
2. Collect payments whether in cash or credit
3. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
4. Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
5. Guide customers throughout the shopping process
6. Receive items deliveries from the store and ensure that all products are stored and properly
organized in the shelves.
