Location of the office(s): Jangwani Beach (Mbezi Beach) & Mbezi kwa Msuguli
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Writing quotations and negotiating with clients
- Preparing premium schedule
- Collecting background information and assessments of risk
- To process all customer requests immediately and follow up regularly
- Researching competitive products
- Renewing/amending existing policies for clients
- Premium collection for both motor and non – motor
- Sales visits and relationship building with clients
- Coordinating good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients
- Advising clients on claim procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Several years of experience either professionally or through work internship
- A bachelor degree in insurance or business related fields will be an added advantage.
- Well developed written and oral communication skills to effectively talk to customers.
